• No gap for comprehensive check-up and clean with health fund patients only. The offer covers Examination (011 or 012), Scale and clean (114) or removal of plaque (111), Fluoride (121) and intraoral photos (072) unless one or more of these numbers are deemed unsuitable for the patient, in the clinical opinion of the dentist.

• Health fund limits and rules apply. Patients should confirm all rules and restrictions with their private health fund before attending the appointment in relation to their specific cover to ensure that they are eligible to claim item numbers mentioned above.

• Health fund should cover top amount of $145 for Check-up and clean. Otherwise, for remaining balance patient is liable to pay out of pocket.

• The prices are reduced to reasonable price for certain time period so everyone can afford it but offer subjects to change without Notice.
